Cancellation Policy
At Locks Lounge, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:
1. No-Show/No-Call Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we encourage open communication. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid fees.
